Who we are

SensaAI develops practical workflow tools for Ontario clinic operations. This policy covers information handled through the public website at sensaai.ca.

No patient health information is required

Do not send patient information through this website, email, a public booking page, or the first operations assessment. Any future workflow involving personal health information requires separate clinic-specific agreements, safeguards, and scoped access designed with Ontario’s Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA) obligations in mind.

What we collect and why

Email: if you contact us, we receive the email address and business information you choose to provide so we can respond.

Booking: if a scheduling link is configured and you book an assessment, the scheduling provider may collect your name, work email, clinic name, and meeting details so the call can take place.

Analytics: we use Vercel Analytics to understand aggregate site usage. We do not use this site to build advertising profiles.

Service providers

The website uses Vercel for hosting and analytics. A separate scheduling provider may be used when a booking link is configured; otherwise, assessment requests open in your email application. Providers may process business contact information outside Canada. We do not sell personal information or share it with advertisers.

Retention and your choices

We retain inquiry emails and booking records only as long as reasonably needed for the conversation and any business relationship that follows. You can ask what contact information we hold, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw consent by emailing us.
