Legal draft · review required
Website privacy policy
This draft explains the marketing website only. A clinic pilot requires separate agreements, safeguards, and a reviewed data-handling plan.
What this website collects
The site uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand visits and page performance. Vercel says it stores anonymous page-view data such as the page, referral source, approximate location, browser, operating system, and device type without cookies or a persistent cross-site identifier. Read Vercel’s analytics privacy documentation.
The contact form does not send data to a SensaAI web server. It prepares a message and opens your email application. If you send that email, SensaAI receives the information through its business email service.
Do not submit personal health information through this website.
Personal health information
No personal health information (PHI) is required for the first assessment.
Any workflow involving PHI requires clinic-specific agreements, safeguards, and scoped access.
Service providers and location
Vercel hosts the website and provides Web Analytics. Cal.com operates the published assessment-booking link. The name of SensaAI’s business email provider is not yet published.
SensaAI has not yet published a confirmed hosting region, Canadian data-residency commitment, subprocessor list, or production architecture for clinic data. These must be agreed in writing before a pilot involving patient information.
Retention
Vercel says its daily visitor identifier is discarded after 24 hours. The reporting window for anonymous page-view statistics depends on the configured Vercel plan and has not been confirmed for this site. A documented retention period for assessment emails has not yet been published.
Clinic-pilot retention and deletion terms must be written into the pilot agreement before live use.
Your choices and questions
You can use the booking link without sending patient information through the website. For privacy questions or requests, email salvi.ahmed@sensaai.ca.
